Ewwww, I hate that eggplant assumption! And the whole thing of mushrooms and spinach, too! It's like they think that the only stuff we eat somehow incorporates eggplant, mushrooms, spinach and no taste *shudder*
Although, I have to say, the food at the staff Christmas party we had was fantastic! Although it had minor eggplant involvement... *lol*

I hate eggplant too. Brings on headaches . . .
I also hate it when you go somewhere that has a fixed price menu thing, and you get to pay $30 for a plate of lettuce drowned in salad dressing.
